The customer chose to develop a pragmatic renovation toolbox for her existing bank offices. Several pragmatic measures were therefor selected and Futureproofed was asked to simulate their effects.
To assess them the different measures were implemented at three case studies.
The calculation of the financial return was done using the depreciation tables furnished by the client.
