The client wishes, in the context of their carbon neutrality program, for new office buildings that meet this objective as close as possible.

Passive offices are not completely CO2 neutral, but today the passive house concept combines the best of following properties:
1. financial return
2. increased living and working comfort
3. drastically reducing emissions of greenhouse gases
In Europe there are now more than 10000 PH buildings, including hundreds of office buildings.

Moreover, such a passive office, designed with sustainable, non-toxic materials, in a stagnant market for retail banking, will be a huge asset to be distinguished by leadership.

Our study investigates how this could be technically feasible.
